Recently, two new products: assembled reinforced concrete components for protection of riverbanks, lakes and dykes; precast reinforced concrete and fibrous concrete channels, ditches with thin walls of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (BUSADCO) have been recognized as the new technical and technological progress and applied in the country by the Water Resource Directorate

These two products were manufactured by reinforced concrete with thin walls and fibrous concrete being convenient for transportation, construction, repairing, ensuring anti-erosion and anti-corrosion in marine environment, reducing 20% of the cost compared with the conventional solution; they were applied in the works of protecting the riverbanks, lakes and dykes such as anti-landslide, anti-erosion, stopping and reducing the wave force, replacing the embankment base and soil walls, creating the shore to encroach the sea…
