On 17th July 2015, a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement was taken place at the hall of 223 between Thuy Loi University and BUSADCO. Attending the ceremony, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Kim - Party Secretary, Rector of the University and Labor Hero - Dr. Hoang Duc Thao - Chairman cum General Director of BUSADCO and representatives of the University’s departments, faculties and also BUSADCO’s representatives of Board of Directors and the departments.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Kim presenting for Thuy Loi University introduced to BUSADCO about the University’s different training fields, staff and students… Then, Labor Hero – Dr.Hoang Duc Thao - Chairman cum General Director of BUSADCO also introduced about BUSADCO with outstanding field of activities, they are suitable with training fields in Thuy Loi University. BUSADCO is a 100% state-owned business working for public interest under the model of parent - subsidiary company; it was certified as a Scientific and Technological business by the Ministry of Science and Technology
It has 05 operation sectors including: Activities for public interest in urban drainage field; general consultancy service of construction, environmental and commercial services; construction and installation of civil works, industrial and urban infrastructure; investment and development of projects in urban and rural areas and research and application of science and technology.
Both BUSADCO and Thuy Loi University have exchanged a lot of comments, suggestions for irrigation works in order to overcome the limited factors in the previous works.

At the end of the ceremony, BUSADCO also visited the laboratory of the university. The signing ceremony of cooperation agreement was ended successfully.
