In an exciting atmosphere when people of the whole country in general, people in Thai Binh province in particular have just welcomed a new spring, the beloved people of Thai Binh homeland can have an opportunity to meet again at 125^th anniversary of establishment and development of Thai Binh province (21^st March 1890 – 21^st March 2015).

Although being a true businessman who used to face many challenges during the business development and have the preoccupation for the lives of hundreds of employees and workers, the businessman Hoang Duc Thao, the General Director of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (Busadco) is one of the few people succeeding in business associated with scientific research. With his intelligence, passion for science and dedication, Mr. Thao has not only helped the company to develop and improve the workers’ lives but also contributed to the ideal scientific works which have been highly appreciated by the society.

Talking to the reporter of People’s newspaper after receiving Vietnamese Talent Award in the field of Science and Technology, Dr. Hoang Duc Thao said: "I feel I need to try more in order to deserve the value of encouragement and commendation of the award"

On the afternoon at the end of the year when the rain was heavy in Vung Tau, I was having a cup of coffee and talking to Mr. Hoang Duc Thao at the wooden house of Busadco which was just inaugurated on the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the company. On the occasion of 125^th establishment anniversary of Thai Binh province (21^st March 1890 – 21^st March 2015), the Provincial Committee of the Party, the People’s Council and the People’s Committee - Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Thai Binh Province celebrated a traditional meeting and commemoration activities.
