On the occasion of 125^th establishment anniversary of Thai Binh province (21^st March 1890 – 21^st March 2015), the Provincial Committee of the Party, the People’s Council and the People’s Committee - Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Thai Binh Province celebrated a traditional meeting and commemoration activities. On this occasion, the reporter of Enterprise & Integration Newspaper permanently residing in Thai Binh met and discussed with Doctor - Labor Hero Hoang Duc Thao, General Director of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (Busadco) - the son of Thai Binh homeland.

 

Being a scientist and business manager, Dr. Hoang Duc Thao has achieved the particularly outstanding achievements, developed Busadco to become a Labor Hero Company. In Thai Binh homeland, he invested in building a factory manufacturing precast reinforced concrete components with thin walls in order to contribute to the urban and rural technical infrastructure development, environmental protection and against climate change and they have been highly appreciated.

In an exciting atmosphere when people of the whole country in general, people in Thai Binh province in particular have just welcomed a new spring, the beloved people of Thai Binh homeland can have an opportunity to meet again at 125^th anniversary of establishment and development of Thai Binh province (21^st March 1890 – 21^st March 2015).

Although Thai Binh Province has just turned to be 125 years old but Thai Binh land and Thai Binh people have been existing for thousands of historical years. Thai Binh land and people engraved in their memory and witnessed countless events of time and the glorious victories in the process of building and defending the homeland and country. It is my honor and pride as well as thousands of beloved people of Thai Binh homeland who set ourselves up in business away from the homeland have an opportunity to meet again and to see with our own eyes the "day-to-day change for the better" of the “birthplace”, where our souls used to be brought up.

We are very happy because Thai Binh is carrying a wonderful vitality and new appearance everywhere from rural to urban areas. Together with the unanimity of the whole Party, army and people, this achievement is the great promotion of the glorious tradition of Thai Binh’s leaders through many generations.

Being far from our homeland but when we are being back, we are always made welcome so warmly, it really made us move into tears for its warm and heartfelt sentiments for us. We also deeply admire, respect and appreciate the care of the Provincial Committee of the Party, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province in leading, directing and administering the construction and development of an increasingly prosperous Thai Binh province, an increasingly material and spirit life of the people, especially the pioneer in the patriotic emulation movements; development of the internal potential and strength to implement the construction of new rural areas, development investment of commodity agriculture; modernization of urban and rural technical infrastructure; expansion of regional and international relations.

Mixing with the current of magnanimous history, together with the people all over the country, the generations of Thai Binh have come to many places setting up in business. Promoting homeland’s good tradition, wherever and whenever, Thai Binh people are always eager for emulating the productive labor, wholeheartedly teach and guide the descendants about the love of country, fondness of learning and train morals and talents so that they can become useful people for the society.

In spite of being busy with many businesses and separated by geography, Thai Binh associations of fellow-countrymen everywhere always cherish the love of homeland, always maintain the close relationship with the homeland, travel with the homeland’s development and do not forget to share the worries and difficulties at the homeland, including nonprofit activities such as helping orphans, handicapped, Agent Orange victims, taking care of Vietnamese heroic mothers …..

In the past time, many natives of Thai Binh homeland all over the country have been honored for their contributions to the country in various fields of politics, economy, culture, science, society and security – national defense by the Party and Government. For achieving such successes, they have constantly tried their best to promote the tradition of hard-working, saving, activeness and creativeness in all areas and they have also shown the rapid integration on each new land at the same time.

Wherever staying, Thai Binh natives have never resigned themselves to poverty and backward life. They always encourage, share, protect and help mutually for a better life.

Living with an affection and gratitude, human culture and associating the responsibility for family with responsibility for the homeland and country are always the noble gestures, these good characteristics have been conserved and proved by Thai Binh natives.

Implementing the call of Thai Binh province’s leaders for joining efforts for construction and development of the homeland, With position of being the leader of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (Busadco), I returned Thai Binh homeland to invest in the construction of the plant manufacturing precast reinforced concrete components with thin walls at Vu Quy commune (Kien Xuong district) to contribute to the development of urban and rural technical infrastructure development, environmental protection and climate change prevention.

Especially, we successfully researched and applied the new technological solution for 4km of assembled embankment base for protection of shore and dyke and increased in service land fund at Dong Minh and Nam Thinh communes (Tien Hai district); supplied 13.5 km of road trench and 55km of precast reinforced concrete irrigation channels in 50 communes of Thai Binh province whereby we could contribute to the implementation of the National target program on constructing new rural areas.

Thai Binh is the first province in the country bravely pioneering in the application of scientific and technical progress, new technology in the construction of irrigation canals; protection of shore and dyke and climate change prevention with Busadco’s scientific and technological achievements. On this occasion, on behalf of the collective of staff and employees of Busadco, I would like to sincerely thank, express my deep gratitude to the Provincial Committee of the Party, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and other departments and agencies of Thai Binh province for the trust, support, help and companionship with Busadco’s development in the province.

Although being away from the homeland but we always devote our whole hearts to the homeland because it is the most noble and greatest property accompanying with us in every our effort. Like many Thai Binh people being away from homeland, whenever and wherever we go, we often think about our homeland, spend most of the good feelings for the land where our souls were brought up, the land that contributed to our growth.Therefore, all Thai Binh people being away from the homeland to set up in business would like to contribute a small part of our effort to develop the homeland richer and more beautiful.

With that spirit, Busadco - the first scientific and technological business which has been strongly developing in spreading all over the country always put the practical benefits of Thai Binh people in particular, people in the country in general over our company’s interest.

Promoting the tradition of the holy, heroic, loyal and grateful land, when the country was in the war, it was a model rear which used to contribute to a program named "No shortage of one kilo of rice and no shortage of one soldier" to the front in the war, as the helmsman of Busadco boat, I shall continue trying my best to contribute to the cause of prosperous people and strong province.
