Chairman cum General Director of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (BUSADCO) - Labor Hero - Dr. Hoang Duc Thao has been awarded the certificate of merit by the Chairman of Ba Ria - Vung Tau People’s Committee for remarkable contributions in the activity of the provincial People’s Council for the term of 2011-2016.

The Certificate of Merit is awarded in meeting’s end of session V, the term of 2011-2016 which has been recently held by Ba Ria-Vung Tau People’s Council. Dr. Hoang Duc Thao was a member of Budget Economic Committee of Provincial People’s Council in the last term.

With a role as Provincial People’s Council’s Delegate, Dr. Hoang Duc Thao was an exemplary pioneer participating all the voter contact sessions and People’s Council sessions to listen to people's opinions, then he reported them to the State agencies and People’s Council to resolve and serve the people's life better and better.

Dr. Hoang Duc Thao is extremely interested in the recommendations of the voters, especially on the issue of drainage, flooding prevention, water pollution in the provincial area. The issues which were out of control of himself as well as his company, he promptly reported to the competent authorities for solving them.

In addition, Mr. Thao is also an active delegate in contribution to the programs of social security, gratitude launched by provincial Fatherland Front and organizations.

Earlier, in the afternoon of 18^th March 2016, Member of Politburo, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan - honorary chairman of Vietnam Scientific and Technological Creativeness (VIFOTEC) directly awarded the commemorative medal for Development of Science and Technology of Viet Nam to Dr. Hoang Duc Thao at the Cooperation & Development Conference for Vietnam Science and Technology.

Dr. Thao is the one who led BUSADCO to become the first scientific and technological business of Construction industry and Environment protection in Vietnam. BUSADCO is always a pioneer business in the creation and researching of science and technology products.
