On the occasion of the 10^th anniversary of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development Company (BUSADCO), on behalf of the Provincial Leaders, I would like to send the best congratulation to all the staff and workers who have been working in BUSADCO.

Being established with limited human resources and facilities, up to now, BUSADCO has become a famous brand name in the field of urban sewerage and development. The company has been established and developed sustainably by an intellectual, creative and enthusiastic collective of staff and Party members. The obtained achievements have rather completely reflected the breakthrough decisions, the effective scientific and technological researches and applications to the production and business of the Party Committee, the Board of General Directors and staff of BUSADCO: They are always enterprising. The attraction of ODA funds in drainage and environmental sanitation implemented by BUSADCO has not only enhanced the position of foreign relations, the competitive ability of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province but also enhanced the reputation of efficient ODA project management of a leading scientific and technological business in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. Bedsides taking care of the material and spiritual life as well as the professional training for the employees, BUSADCO also have had many contributions to the community including actively participating in the social charity activities.

With the achievements during the operation, BUSADCO was awarded many noble prizes by the Party, the Government and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

The Leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province have recognized the achievements and contributions of BUSADCO for the provincial socio-economic development. With the above recognitions, I would like to say that the success BUSADCO have got today is a journey, not a destination. We are very proud of what we have done but the objective is still ahead. With the same spirit, on this occasion, I would like to suggest BUSADCO to continue to promote the obtained achievements, overcome the existing shortcomings, focus on the intensive development of main manufacture and business lines; develop the intensive training for human resources, train experts for improving the qualifications and experience of the employees; promote the development of international cooperation to take advantage of levels of technology, management and technology transfer of drainage and wastewater treatment; follow up and expand the domestic and foreign markets; build the trust of customers in order to enhance the reputation and image of BUSADCO...

I would like to wish BUSADCO a constant creativeness, fast and stable development so that BUSADCO can contribute positively to the industrialization and modernization of the country.
