On 11^th March, in Ha Noi, BUSADCO was honored to be awarded the prize of “the business well implements the responsibility of social security, welfare and community development in 2016” by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The prize of “the business well implements the responsibility for social security, welfare and community development in 2016” was awarded to BUSADCO for their complying with the regulation of law and caring of workers’ material and spirit life, the environment, public and social support beneficiaries.

BUSADCO is a scientific and technological business of construction and environment protection sector. Up to now, BUSADCO has had more than 30 scientific and technological products, of which, 23 products have been widely applied; 21 products was issued the invention patents for and useful solutions by the Ministry of Science & Technology; 18 products have been approved for establishing the National standard by the Ministry of Science & Technology; 09 products have been issued the certificate of appropriate technology by the Ministry of Construction.

BUSADCO products serve the synchronization of urban and rural technical infrastructure, transportation, irrigation, coping with climate change and environment protection such as: embankments for dykes of sea, river, pond, channel; precast reinforced concrete manhole with thin walls in conjunction with joints, new system for rainwater collection and odor control; precast reinforced concrete channels/ditches, traffic channel; technical trenches for cable and piping distribution...

Especially, at the end of 2015, the solution “assembly nonmetallic fiberous reinforced concrete component” of BUSADCO was evaluated as one of the top 10 scientific technological events. This is an appropriate product for the works with structure made of soil retaining walls for preventing erosion and land slide, protecting the river, lake and sea dykes, sea-island and environmental protection and coping with climate change.

The above technological solution was researched, invented by the Hero of Labor, Dr. Hoang Duc Thao - the Chairman cum General Director of BUSADCO. This is the novel, creativity and unprecedented product in Vietnam and over the world.

Currently, BUSADCO's products are applied in many localities, especially the coastal areas where have to cope with high tide. Particularly in HCMC, the above solution was successful pilot applied in embankment project of Tham Luong - Ben Cat - Nuoc Len canals which is belong to the project of flood risk management in areas of HCMC. Currently, the works construction has been completed, the testing procedure of quality assessment and report to the HCMC People's Committee for approval of widely application have been implementing.
